SORTING SYSTEM GV Macero SPA has an avant-garde sorting system, completely automated, so as to optimize the selection/separation of waste paper.
The sorting system plant is composed by:
Constant automatic feed conveyor for sorting system
Technical specifications: allows a constant feed of the conveyor belt and optimizes the plant selection capacity.
BALLISTIC SEPARATOR – STADLER
Automatic separator system for paper and carton
Technical specifications: immediately placed after the DRUMFEEDER, the ballistic separator divides carton (size higher that A4 format) from paper with the use of PADDLES.
FINE SCREEN + PAPER SPIKE
Automatic sorting system of carton from paper
Technical specifications : the Paper Spike allows to remove carton remaining (lower than A4 format) from the paper flow after its sieving (done through the FINE SCREEN). The principle is surprisingly simple but very effective: material is conveyed on a device provided with spikes where carton is perforated and removed. While paper is conveyed on the belt to proceed with its selection.
High precision sorting plant for printed paper selection in CMYB
Technical specifications: provides for the final automatic selection of paper with a scanner system and high pressure air supplying on a high speed conveyor.
Suspended platform for graphic material manual selection
Technical specifications: the suspended platform for paper manual selection allows an accurate paper sorting and an instantaneous visual control of material issued from printers and graphic industries.

Technical specifications: cylinder Ø 115×80 x stroke 1.400 mm – cylinder Ø140×80 x stroke 1.400 mm.
